It features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M33 processor that operates at a maximum frequency of 76.8 MHz. This module also includes a 38.4 MHz crystal oscillator, along with matching components, an antenna matching network, a low-pass filter, and a PCB antenna. It supports multiple GPIOs for LED and button peripherals. It is compatible with Bluetooth 5.4 Low Energy protocols. Additionally, it can be pre-configured with a serial interface communication protocol to facilitate easy programming. The module supports 9 user-accessible GPIOs. They provide flexibility for custom interfacing and controls. The B1BMBG22Mx series comprises three modules, all based on Silicon Labs' EFR32BG22C SoC family.
