Security system is a specialized field dealing with specified
requirements of homes in the usage of easy-to-use technologies for
the security of residents. Home security is top priority of all
concerned. Today there are plenty of home security products to ensure
your family’s security completely. Home security is the most
significant one for every homeowner either in an individual house or an
apartment.

The basic form of a security system starts with a control panel
operated by a keypad / remote key fob and various sensors connected to
the Control Panel from different locations throughout the home.
Depending on the application, the alarm output may be local or remote
or a combination

The local alarm systems sound sirens and / or alarms to alert nearby
residents or people about intrusion. While remote alarm systems calls
the owner and / or Police department through public communication
systems. Some systems have a redundant feature which enables them to
communicate in case any one of the channels of communication is blocked
or destroyed.

In
this touch panel, we provide various components like; it can support
both hardwired and wireless technologies. It has buttons like arm, disarm, in-house, vacation, away, medical emergency and panic. Below is the very brief description of all the buttons.
Arm Mode:
This
enables the security system to the entire home. When the home is in arm
state then the sensors will trigger when someone enters the home
without the knowledge of the owner. It also intimates the user by
switching on the hooter and it has the facility of autodialing to eight
different numbers at the time of emergency alerting everyone around.
Disarm Mode:
This disables the security system in the home. This is set when the user is in ideal state.
In House Mode:
When
the house is set to in-house mode, the user can change the status of
different floors to arm, disarm or in-house mode. If the
particular floor is set to arm state then all the sensors will trigger
and alerts the user in case of emergency in that floor. When the floor
is set to disarm state then the security system in that floor will be
disabled.
When the floor is in in-house mode, only few sensors like
gas leak, glass break, etc., will be triggered and alerts the user.
Vacation Mode:
The total home will be in arm state when the user enables this mode.
Away Mode:
The
user can set this mode when he is away from home. This will enable all
the sensors present in the home and the total home is in arm state.
Medical Emergency:
In
this mode, the system autodials to the nearest hospitals and to
relatives in case of any medical emergency alerting the people.
Panic Mode:
When
the panic mode is set, the entire home will be under emergency state
and the user can operate this with the help of touch panel or keyfobe.
